Technical description
1. Purpose of the device
VIMO-151 is a compact, automatic hardware and software package to determine the concentration of a substance in a fluid (NaOCl Sodium hypochlorite) the indirect method, based on the density measurement. The main application - in industrial processes.
VIMO-151 consists of a membrane pressure sensors combined in a pair, to determine the difference in head pressure of the medium in two points. Sensors mounted on the vertical sampling vessel at a fixed distance. A temperature sensor is installed in the middle tank to compensate for ambient temperature variations in the process.

By sampling container is attached a flexible inlet tube for injecting the sample fluid pump and a flexible exhaust tube to drain fluid sample after the measurement. Control of the injection and discharge of fluid is performed by two pinch solenoid valves.
Sensors and actuators are connected to the computing unit. On the block is LCD touch panel for instrument control and display of measurement parameters. All elements VIMO-151 mounted on an aluminum frame, which can be installed on a horizontal and on a vertical plane.
Measurements are performed automatically discretely by selecting the liquid sample from the workflow.
